How does EcoSuite work after I sign up?
  • We will verify your domain for ownership. You must be the owner or the administrator of the domain if you sign up for email service.
  • We will create your domain account and email you the Admin detail.
  • The admin account can manage all aspects of your services such as creating users, groups, etc.
  • If you sign up for email service, you must change the MX entry to start sending and receiving email. You may migrate your existing emails through many means. You may follow our instructions to do it yourself or contact us for this.

If you do not use our email service, there is no need to change your domain MX entry.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay using PayPal or directly from your bank account.

How do I add additional users?

You can always add additional users. You will need to pay for additional users within 30 days, otherwise your service may see disruptions.

How do I get additional storage?

You may get additional storage at any time. Please contact us.

How do I register my domain?

We do not provide domain registration service currently. You may use any registrar to register your domain. But you should have access to make MX entry changes for your domain if you choose email service from EcoSuite.

Who can use EcoSuite?

Any organization and businesses can use EcoSuite for all their collaboration needs whether they have a registered domain or not, whether they need email service or not. Even individuals and families can use EcoSuite for email as well as collaboration and sharing of files, calendars, tasks, photos and videos within a private setting.

Without email service, an organization or individuals can use EcoSuite collaboration features such as File Sharing, Document Management, Task Management, Contact Management, CRM, Case File Workflow, etc. Please see our Products page for more.

How do I sign up for individual or family account with or without a domain?

If you have a domain, you can sign up normally using our payment methods. If you do not have a domain, we provide email IDs at idomail.com. Please contact us to setup your accounts for you and/or your family.

How do I cancel my Service and get a refund of payment?

EcoSuite offers 30-days free trial. You may cancel at any time within 30 days, we will process your account and refund appropriately. We must charge to your to account to verify your identity and prevent abuse of EcoSuite services. You may cancel using our website tools or you may email us at support@ecosuite.com at any time within 30 days.

Can I increase my storage after choosing a package?

What if I do not like the plans described above?
