Address Guard/Email Aliases

Create disposable email addresses/ email aliases to use when you don’t want to give out your primary address. Messages sent to your disposable addresses will be delivered to your Inbox or to any personal folder you designate. Customer will be able to manually select on.

Advanced Inbox

The message list shows importance, follow-up flags, attachments, message status (seen, unseen, answered or draft) and total messages. Users response to message is also recorded and shown.

Email Address Auto Completion

Email addresses can be automatically completed as the user types in any of the recipient input fields of email compose. EcoSuite lists addresses from all accessible folders including shared/global contacts folders. The input fields are automatically expanded to show more addresses in view to minimize scrolling. Users can also auto complete from Company Group Directory and the whole folder as well.

External account checking / Retrieve mail from other accounts

Users can check an unlimited number of external POP3 or IMAP4 accounts. Security options such as password encryption can also be enabled.

Navigate During Compose

When a user is on Start page or Email page, new notifications are shown if there is any new mail in the mail server. It checks the mail server every few minutes to see if there is any new mail. If there is, it puts up a notification message. It stops after three tries if the page has not been reloaded. If the page is reloaded, it starts checking again.
