Adding new Class of Service parameters

Add new Class of Service parameters without database or structural changes. A new parameter change just involves application changes not database or table changes. A change can be done in matter of a day as opposed to months in other systems.

Manage and classify service parameters through class of service

Manage multitude of business customers (domains) through a small set of parameter configurations called class of services. It is easier to handle through a bundled set of services this way. EcoSuite service can be controlled at a higher level by CoS as well as at a domain level this way.

Override class of service by domain

Override class of service settings of some parameters by domain for better control over parameters and management.

Domain’s own class of services

Domains can have their own class of services. Domain Class Of Services:

• Show domain cos in User Profile for user as well as thru admin.
• Allow admin to change CoS through edit profile.
• Handle CoS from admin “Add User” (New user).
• Change CoS for a whole group.
• Change CoS from Group -> Members list vi. Only allow site admin to add and edit domain’s own class of services.
